Post-Disaster Citizen Awareness Survey
It was difficult to secure water! Here are some issues I faced after the earthquake.
In the citizen awareness survey, many responses indicated that "the most difficult issue after the disaster was the lack of water for daily use." From the head of a local community in the disaster-stricken area, we received the following feedback: "For toilet water, there was a well at the site of a nearby rubber factory, so we used a bucket tied with a rope to draw water, placed it in a plastic container, and transported it with a cart. Eventually, water supply trucks started to arrive, and relief supplies, including bottled water, began to come in, which provided some relief, but there was still a shortage of water for toilets and laundry." *For more detailed information, please refer to the PDF document.
